1. Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the applicable laws under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order—without providing any justification.

2. Cancellation Period

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you—or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier)—take physical possession of the product(s).

To exercise this right, simply inform us with a clear written request (via email, mail, or any other durable medium). While optional, you may use the cancellation template provided below.

4. Refund Terms

Upon cancellation, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, including standard shipping fees (excluding any additional costs for premium delivery options). Refunds will be processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

Reimbursements will be made using the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed upon. No fees will be charged for the refund.

5. Returning Your Order

You are required to return the product(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel. The return is considered timely if the goods are dispatched before the end of this 14-day window.

Items should be returned in their original state and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise agreed or in cases of delivery error.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The cancellation right does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Sealed products related to health or hygiene that were opened after delivery

  • Perishable goods

  • Opened software, audio, or video items

  • Periodicals, newspapers, or magazines

7. Return Requirements

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals intact. If the product is returned in a state that reduces its value, we reserve the right to deduct that loss from the refund.
